Yes. Upon completion & review of the CCTV footage, one of our specialist drainage team will be able to advise on solutions to provide no-dig repairs, no-dig repairs are designed to repair drainage with only minor faults (Cracks, Displacements, Holes etc).
If there is a full collapse in the system then this would unfortunately need excavation to repair.
PPM would benefit your business from those unexpected call out costs.
With a full PPM program, we would be able to schedule visits at time and dates that are convenient.

PPM would include a full flush through all drainage, empty any tanks/pump stations you have and make sure all drainage is left flowing and fully cleaned.
Whilst there would be costs associated with the PPM program (every 3/6/12 months) this will greatly reduce any potential call outs, saving money in the long run.
