Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

Contract: Full-time.

Role Overview:
As an H&S Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. You will provide guidance and support across our teams, promoting a safe working environment. Previous experience in the water and pumping sector is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement health, safety, and environmental procedures in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend improvements.
  • Provide advice and support to operational teams on HSE matters.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, near-misses, and safety audits.
  • Support training initiatives and safety awareness programs.

Requirements:

  • IOSH Managing Safely qualification (essential)
  • NEBOSH qualification (desirable/bonus)
  • Experience in the water and pumping sector (advantageous)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based role in Woolpit
